This property is in Lora Bay. While it is a little further from Alpine, it is a gorgeous, spacious house with very high end finishes and a double garage. They have a no-pet policy, which limits the potential renters and thus priced much lower given the high quality of the home. Being very close to Lora Bay Golf club, the restaurant is typically open on weekends, which is right around the corner.
