Our Philosophy
The Art ofSeasonal Living
Life is richer when it's lived in seasons — not just the weather, but the rhythm of how and where we choose to spend our time.

"Nothing beats a crisp morning walk to the first tee in St. Andrews with the day still ahead of you, with a local coffee and sausage bap in hand!"
I've always believed that life is richer when it's lived in seasons — not just the weather, but the rhythm of how and where we choose to spend our time. As CEO and Founder of Seasonal Properties, my own journey has been shaped by living across incredible destinations throughout the year.
From winter mornings in The Blue Mountains, to long summer evenings along Georgian Bay's golf courses and trails, to the timeless energy of St. Andrews, the raw beauty of the Azores, and restorative escapes to Los Cabos or the Caribbean, each place has taught me something different about balance, connection, and living well.
Every destination offers its own version of a "perfect season." Summer in Georgian Bay means early tee times, boating, fishing and a sense of community that comes alive around golf, water, and family. Fall in Los Cabos carries a slower, more grounded energy — warm evenings, ocean air, and a lifestyle that encourages you to unplug and reconnect.
Winter draws me west to the mountains, where skiing a full season in Revelstoke reminds me how powerful it is to immerse yourself fully in a place rather than just passing through it. And when spring and summer return, destinations like Revelstoke and Mont-Tremblant transform again — hiking, biking, golf, and long days outdoors that redefine what seasonal living can look like beyond the traditional ski months.
What I've come to understand is that seasonal living isn't about constant movement — it's about meaningful immersion. When you spend real time in a place, you begin to live like a local. You discover the hidden cafés, build friendships, and experience the authentic pace of a community. That depth of connection is healthier, more intentional, and far more fulfilling than the quick weekend getaway model that has defined travel for so long.

Early tee times, the morning mist lifting over fairways, and that incomparable feeling of a day stretching out ahead — this is summer in Georgian Bay and St. Andrews.
Our Philosophy
It's a lifestyle that supports families, entrepreneurs, and professionals
Those who want to blend work, wellness, and adventure without sacrificing a sense of home find their place with us.
Seasonal Properties was built from this philosophy. The homes we represent aren't just accommodations — they're gateways into a way of living. Each property is chosen because it allows guests to truly settle in and experience the lifestyle of its destination.
Whether that means ski-in mornings, afternoons on a championship golf course, or quiet coastal walks at sunset — our portfolio reflects places that feel authentic, thoughtfully designed, and deeply connected to their surroundings.
"For me, seasonal living isn't a trend — it's a mindset."
It's about embracing the unique energy of each place at the right time of year and allowing those experiences to shape how we live, work, and connect with the world.

Mountain Immersion
Winter draws me west to the mountains, where skiing a full season in Revelstoke reminds me how powerful it is to immerse yourself fully in a place rather than just passing through it.
The transformation when spring and summer return is remarkable — hiking, biking, golf, and long days outdoors redefine what seasonal living can look like beyond the traditional ski months.

Through Seasonal Properties, my goal is to share that philosophy with others — to help families, owners, and travellers discover that life can be lived in chapters, each season offering its own story, its own community, and its own sense of belonging.
